Yes! Pet Supplies “Plus” provides a
comprehensive training program that
focuses on all aspects of our business.
The curriculum includes merchandising,
product ordering, retail operations,
employee scheduling, P & L basics,
customer service, and cash handling and
daily operational procedures. Our
District Managers will continue to work
with you after your store opens, to
share ideas and ‘best practices’ from
other stores. Training manuals have
been developed for store employees, to
make them more knowledgeable about the
products and animals sold in our stores.
Our 4 week Store Manager Training
Program is held at our corporate
training store in Livonia, MI.
